Our mission is to establish a fenced, off-leash dog park where people with well-behaved canine companions can exercise in a clean, safe environment without interfering with people, property or wildlife. The park is an Upper Valley community project, in partnership with the Town of Hartford, designed to satisfy the needs of dog-owners and non-dog owners alike.

• To provide a place for citizens (and their dogs) to socialize with each other.
• To provide an attractive and well-maintained area for all dog lovers and friends who are willing to uphold the park’s rules and regulations.
• To provide educational information about park usage, dog training, management, health and safety.
